Fitness Protocol
My goal when training either privately or in small group sessions is to address all 10 components of fitness: Strength, Speed, Power, Anaerobic and Aerobic Endurance, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility and Body Composition. To accomplish this, I employ various methods of calisthenics, kettlebells, joint mobility exercises from Tai Chi, BOSU Ball, rubber bands, push hands, and any imaginable tool available to me during the training session. It is my intention to teach during the training session. In other words, I wish to equip my clients with sufficient knowledge and understanding of exercise principles for further study and safe self-training.
All training is conducted in a private setting in our studio.
The Programs
1. Per session $80.00 lasting 1 hr. Within this hour I’ll address any fitness concern.
2. 6 Weeks 2 sessions per week = 12 sessions at $70.00/hr Prepaid $840.00. ( a $960.00 value)
3. 9 Weeks 2 sessions per week = 18 sessions at $60.00/hr. Prepaid $1080.00 (a $1440 value)
4. 12 Weeks 2 sessions per week = 24 sessions at $50.00/hr. Prepaid $1200.00 (a $1920 value)
Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise that session will be forfeited. Alternatively, a cancellation under 24 hours may be rescheduled at an available time in the same week. If there are no available times in that week the session will remain forfeited. Please be on time to the sessions.
