Interested in learning Kettlebells and practicing at home? Our 4 hours workshops offer kettlebell instruction for safe and productive practice in your home’s gym. Each level builds on previous knowledge acquired during our workshops.

This is an introductory workshop for those without any kettlebell training experience. The level I workshops include the following instruction:
  • Basic Joint Mobility drills
  • Body Alignments
  • Breathing Techniques
  • Hip Hinge/Squat
  • The Box Squat
  • The “Russian Swing”
  • Introduction to the “Clean”
  • The Floor Press
  • Introduction to the “Turkish Get Up”

This workshop reviews level I material and builds on the techniques previously learned including:

  • Intermediate Joint Mobility drills
  • The Halo
  • Single Hand Swing
  • Hand To Hand Swing
  • The “Clean”
  • The Military Press
  • Arm-bar stretch
  • The “Turkish Get Up”

The fee for this workshop is $140.00. (There are no intermediate workshops scheduled at this time)

During this workshop the participants gain deeper understanding of previous techniques and add to their current knowledge. Practitioners who have completed previous workshops should at this level be in much better physical conditioning. Thus, this is an 8 hrs. intensive workshop which will include the following:

  • Advanced Joint Mobility drills
  • Bodyweight Exercises
  • Two Hand High Pull
  • Single Hand Pull
  • The Snatch
  • The Windmill
  • Two Kettlebells Swing
  • Two Kettlebell Clean
  • Bottom-Up Cleans
  • Figure Eights and Hold

All participants will receive a certificate of completion and a program design manual.
